Benton County Historical Society
The Benton County Historical Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting, recounting, publishing, and otherwise preserving and disseminating the history of Benton County, Arkansas. The society exists to promote multi-generational awareness, understanding and appreciation of the written and oral history of Benton County, Arkansas and contiguous areas. To attain this goal BCHS seeks to position itself as the pre-eminent source of Benton County historical information.

Dallas County Arkansas GenWeb
Dallas County was created on 1 January 1845 from Bradley and Clark Counties. It was named for George Mifflin Dallas, who was vice-president under President James Polk. Dallas County is bound on the north by Hot Spring and Grant Counties; On the east by Cleveland County; on the south by Calhoun and Ouachita Counties; and on the west by Clark County.
